How To Pay

Paying Over the Phone

The fastest way to order is by placing your order and paying over the phone. Please have your credit or debit card details ready before you phone us on 0845 388 6436.

Paying Online:

PayPal is the safe, easy way to pay online. It enables you to send money online without sharing your financial details.

Why use PayPal?

• Your financial details aren't shared with the seller, so you can pay online with confidence
• It's free for buyers
• You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or direct from your bank
• Instant payment means you'll get your item faster than if you pay with a cheque

Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay via this service.

Pay by Cheque

If you wish to play by cheque please fill out our online order form, and in the comments area state you wish to pay by cheque.

Frames

Golf Edition uses a quality Nielsen Frame for all framed prints. Framed prices are based on a matt brushed silver Nielsen frame. We can supply frames in other styles and colours, however these would be subject to a new quote and longer delivery time. Please contact us before you place your order if you wish to buy a different frame.

All framed prints come with a quality off white bevelled edge mount.

Delivery

Delivery costs are as follows;

• Unframed prints: £4.50
• Framed prints: £12.00

All prints are delivered in protective packaging and may require a signature on receipt of delivery.

We aim to deliver all goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment, however Golf Edition cannot take responsibility for late deliveries which are out of our power to prevent, for example Royal Mail strikes.

Should you wish to ensure your delivery arrives within 2 working days of receipt of payment please contact us and we can arrange a special delivery for an extra £2.00 per delivery.

 

Returns

Should your order arrive in poor state of repair or damaged we will replace your item and cover any carriage costs you may incur when returning the item. Any damaged items must be reported and returned to Golf Edition within 7 days.

If you decide you do not like your order on receipt of delivery we will refund your money minus any carriage costs. You will be required to incur the carriage costs to return the item and refund will only be made once Golf Edition receives the print back in the condition it was sent.
